In this big-ticket industry, he set out to prove – to commercial clients, home-owners, builders and designers – that a quality product with personalized service didn’t need to carry an inflated price tag.

What began as a one-man operation, soon developed into a small storefront, which expanded into a larger design center. With a commitment to take the best care of his customers, fabricators and employees, Mike’s reputation grew. Window covering orders came in from all over the United States, even Europe and the Bahamas.

Mike meticulously built his business, based on the idea that a person’s reputation is their legacy. Today – with an innovative no-showroom business model – the legacy lives on through these family owned and operated Discount Mike locations.
